GIRALT & AMERLING is a legal firm established as a result of the increased demand for legal services provided to foreigners who come to invest and live in Costa Rica.

We provide full legal support in personal and business related matters. Our main goal is to use our expertise in the Costa Rican legal system particularly in Real Estate, Corporate and Aeronautical Law, in order to provide our clients with an accurate, timely and trustworthy service. This practice extends to several Central American countries as Advisors and Legal Supervisors for different companies.

GIRALT & AMERLING has two main offices. One is located in San Pedro, San José, where we attend our clients from the Central Valley, North Pacific including Guanacaste, and the northern part of the country. Our other office is located in Uvita, on the South Pacific Coast, which is dedicated to serving that entire region, from Matapalo and further north, to the Osa Peninsula and the mainland reaching towards the border with Panama. Uvita is a strategic location, since it is right in the center of the major developments on the South Pacific Coast. The two offices allow us to achieve our goal of providing services in the areas that are developing the most in Costa Rica, as well as the traditional center for business in San José and the surrounding areas.

Our lawyers have graduated from the most prestigious Law Faculty in Costa Rica and provide services both in English and Spanish.
